Suggestion: Option to hide and show skills on CD or proc

It would be nice if we could set up each skillbar to show skills only when they are ready or when they get proc.

Right now I can have a "notification" skillbar in the middle of the screen, but it is always active and limiting my field of vision even when the skills can't be activated for another x seconds.

It would really help especially with classes like machinist if the skills would show up only when they are ready to be used.

You mean a spell/skill recast timer bar. Yes indeed this would be nice...

Timers would be nice too, especially on skills themselves, but that's not what I meant.

Basically I would like skills without proc or skills on CD to be hidden exactly like unused skill slots so it doesn't eat space on the screen.

Skill gets ready - it appears on the screen. Skill gets used - it disappears till it is ready again.
