Are you purposefully being dense? This is a direct response to what you said which ultimately was from another quote of yours:

I don't think there really would be much serve congestion before the weekly reset. The only reason there would be today if they released the patch early is simply because it's a new patch. I don't believe it has anything to do with people rushing on try to get into the new raid before the lockout.
