Disclaimer: I don't think servers will come up early but the logic above is.. well.. not logical.

Sorry for step in but I think he meant if the server was up a few hours before weekly reset, early access players would be able to obtain extra weekly item before the first weekly reset. ^^;

Regardless of whether or not theres opportunity to get that extra bit in to cap before the weeks reset, theres ALWAYS going to be a rush, congestion and 90ks EVERY patch.
