Learning how to properly play AST

I don't really have any tips that haven't been said already. Just try to keep Aspected Helios up on the party at all times during bosses. I always throw a single target Bole on the tank. Bole + HoTs + Time Dilation on tank allows a lot of breather room. Spreading Balance to all party members is great too. Keep Lightspeed in mind as an emergency "Oh crap button" when party is taking major damage putting their HP at dangerous levels.

All 3 healing jobs are equal. They each have strengths and weaknesses. There was a time when this wasn't true until they recently made adjustments to AST.
