Of all the problems with PLD, Sword Oath is not one of them. Sword Oath is very strong, and a PLD OT is not THAAAAAAT far behind the other two tank's damage to the point where it's a problem. PLD MT DPS (along with other issues like situational ability bloat, and TP problems) is the problem.
