Jps have a site dedicated to witch hunting, naming and shaming players, knowing what players to avoid. helps a community as a whole, so even if leechers become a problem, they won't get far for long there, NA side, however. i can see this becoming a problem. it will be light farmer leechers all over again.

I like this idea, I wish the NA community was capable of holding up something like this. Not saying the jp community is perfect or anything, but the def have the right of it here.

Ishgardian Exploratory Missions
Players can also journey to The Diadem via Ishgardian airships. Players can undertake Isghardian exploratory missions solo or in a party of up to eight people. Each player of the party must have a mission ceruleum voucher in their possession, which can be purchased from the NPC Jaquoinie in the Pillars (X:14 Y:10) for gil. One voucher is required for each mission. There are no role requirements when entering as a full party. However, parties with less than eight players must adhere to the standard composition of 2 tanks, 2 healers, and 4 DPS.

That is for queuing in ishgard. The problem lies in you can queue as tank and then go off mining since you can switch jobs inside.

They'd still be contributing to the success of exploration. DoW and DoL are both necessary to clear goals.

I think it's personal goals, there are also personal achievements for achieving these golas.

Yoshi P said unlocking flying is when the party is suppose to be talking about what goals they want to do for the run.

Didn't they say that the fights in Diadem were the opposite of FATEs & The Hunt in that you actually have to be involved and put in positive effort to get the loot. I believe they said something like "not based on enmity so a tank can't just run in and spam Flash to get full credit".

If so, anyone standing about or not fighting gets nothing. That would make sense otherwise those gathering in the Diadem would also get to loot on PvE drops whilst doing nothing to help!

I think we don't need to worry in the same way we would about leeches in CT & FATEs. =)
