they are trying to see if with the houses reclaim by innactivity will free enough houses to meet up the demand, so they dont have to add a lot more wards... and then add them later on if required.
though lets be honest << in servers like mine where the wards got completly bought out within a week if that long... the reclaim wont really fix much.
they do need to remove the option of players to own more than 1 personal house. i mean i understand that FC leaders need to be able to have a FC house and a Private one. but people buying 5/6+ houses at once in servers with high demand that shouldnt really be allowed.

Agreed, because about a week - if not a day - after reclamation we are going to be right back where we are now, just with different owners.
