This may have been asked countless times on the forums, but I'm having trouble finding the information. I've done a search on the forums and in the last couple live letters and I can't find info on it. My question is: In patch 3.1, is Ishgard personal housing plots going to be released? I do notice that shared housing will be in 3.1, was that SE's solution to no available housing and players becoming upset?
