Why not exp based on total damage your party did? then outside people cannot hit them, only heal you (like FFXI PL) something acceptable.
Edit: for people who talk "i want to play with my low level friend" u must ask for Level Sync, not for PL

I took PGL from 6 to 36 in 7 hours today by equipping nothing more than a weathered hora. PL needed a nerf and fast. I probably could have took it all the way to 50 going hardcore at it the rest of tonight. Sucks for those who never got to PL while they could.

i dont see it saying anything about having to even hit the mob to get the exp. Im pretty sure they just lowered or capped the exp amount you can get while being PLed....it aint gone and wont be gone.
Why can't more people reason like this? Thank you.I don't care if they leave the possibility to PL someone in, even though I personally don't wish to PL or be PLed. The basic concept of helping a friend catch up so you can level together is fine. Not everyhave has the same amount of time.
PL abuse is another matter - the patch hopefully will fix a lot of the problems that recently surfaced with 1.19.
So nothing on the Ifrit arena server/client issues? Not even a peep huh?
Maybe it will be like Darkhold, they'll fix it in 1.20, after eveyone stops doing it and moves on to the new content.
Actually, the second bold portion is a rather defining trait of immature individuals. You see, we can't determine this yet, but powerleveling won't be as it is now because it's obvious a level 1 will not be able to get xp or enough xp from higher level killing highish level mobs.
Also it's not a display of immaturity, it's just how the current MMO generation is now -- People went from just playing the MMO, to knitpickers and "have to be my way or the highway".
That was rather fast. Nice to see things picking up speed. Saving action bars = Win.
1 major problem. When they reset all the Actions they also reset all the abilities. Now you are no longer able to carry over abilities that you learned from 1 class to another. This has become a serious drawback to most of my crafting classes as the best abilities were learned through Bsm and Arm. Wonder if this was intended by the Dev Team.
You seem to be confused. I just set Perfection (from CRP) on my WVR just fine.1 major problem. When they reset all the Actions they also reset all the abilities.
