I suppose it'll depend on who our next Ascien antagonist will be (Pashtarot?) Since the WoL killed off 2 Asciens (not counting Lahabrea) I can see them retaliating by having one of the lesser members body snatch or zombify Haurchefant just to antagonize the WoL further. I'd rather they not do it,but the opportunity/possibility is there

It's like I'm contractually obligated to do it at this point.

... but I don't think it's very probable. Aside from the fact 3 Ascians have bit the big one at this point (and thus, the remaining ones are more likely to heed Elidibus' words and play a more conservative game), they've also introduced the Warriors of Darkness as our direct antagonists in place of the Ascians.
