Actually, I believe people have asked for a male-specific version and not necessarily sharing the at-the-time-current ears with the females. In fact, if I remember correctly, they asked for the bent ears for males before 3.1 was even on the horizon.

lol if I were them I would ask for devil horns or something cool like spikes or pins like pin head idk I cant see myself wearing bunny rabbit ears.
