First of all, we don't know how long it will take for affordability. What if it's only 2 weeks?

Second, I sold a metric crap ton of "irrelevant" i90 gear in 2.55. If the gear is good enough to jump start people into endgame and affordable, it will have its uses. The only way these become completely irrelevant in the next patch is if the next tier of crafted mats is cheap and plentiful enough that there is no longer a budget niche for i185.

finaly i get to spiritbond 2 others pirate item and got a other V materia,
so 5 pirate stuff i got 3 IV materia , and 2 V materia. maybe the drop is not bad

ILvl 90 gear were inexpensive to make cause the mats were easier to get and the recipes were not gated by a specialist system so the cost to make them weren't inflated.

Both the ilvl90 (during 2.5) and the new sky pirate gear main function is glamour. Right now there are way to many better options for gear atm. Now they are too high for glamour and this specialist system is not saving nothing.
