Alrighty, new patch - new collectibles. According to the Full Release Patch Notes there are 12 new minions, 3 mounts and one barding.

MINIONS

Wind-up Gundu - Bought from Vanu Vanu Beastmen at Level 4 (Trusted) Reputation for 30,000 gil
Wind-up Zundu Warrior - Assumed bought from Vanu Vanu Beastmen at Level 7 (Sworn) Reputation

Wind-up Ifrit - Crafted (WVR) - Blood Pepper, Chimerical Felt, Crawler Silk, Ifrit's Horn
Wind-up Illuminatus - Crafted (WVR) - Blood Pepper, Chimerical Felt, Crawler Silk, Titanium Ingot

Shalloweye - Achievement Reward - A Load of Verminion II: Win 50 Lord of Verminion player battle (RP) matches
Penguin Prince - Achievement Reward - The Road of Verminion I:Complete 4 different Lord of Verminion tournaments with double digit victories.
Clockwork Twintania - Achievement Reward - Challenge Accepted: Complete the first 24 Verminion Challenges

Wind-up Haurchefaunt - Quest reward for completing MSQ "As Goes Light, So Goes Darkness"
Paissa Brat - Dragonskin Treasure Map
Wind-up Echidna - Drop from chest at end of Void Ark
Korpokkur Kid - Drops from chest at end of Arboretium Dungeon
Hunting Hawk - Obtained from a gold chest during Diadem exploration.

¤ 2 Minions and one mount fits the pattern for the Vanu Vanu.

¤ Also if the pattern remains the same, then there is likely to be a minion at the end of Void Ark, though which one remains to be seen.

¤ And a BONUS for those missing the CT minions - the Wind-up Onion Knight and Puff of Darkness are being added to the loot list of EACH PARTYS CHEST at the end of ST and WoD, so instead of rolling against 24 people. you are only competing with 8.

¤ There are 2 craftables - both requiring Blood Pepper, which is a gardening item (there are seeds for it) so Glazenut 3.0?? lol.

¤ We know the Pagasus comes fromt he Diadem somehow but not sure how just yet.

¤ I am thinking Hauchefaunt may be a story quest reward? I hope it isn't Cash Shop

¤ There is a new Vendor for minions in the Gold Saucer. There are bound to be some of the new minions only available from there for a high amount of gil or MGP.

Not sure what you mean with first 24 challanges for the twintania minion :/ is the minion only obtainable for a small period of time or do you need to complete 24 LoV themed weekly challanges in order to get it?

Well that is the description of the Achievement.



That is from the patch notes. The Verminion Challenge which seems to be a set battle with select criteria and you work your way up through then starting with a tutorial etc. It sounds like it is Guildhests for Verminion, teaching you as you go.

Round Table Barding is not crafted, but rather traded with the tokens from the trial's clear, it seems.
