Heaven's Ward Helm Fragment is probably a token drop in Thordan's Reign for his weapons (like totems from Bismarck and Ravana) - the barding being of the "Round Table" I assume will either drop from the instance or be traded in for tokens as well.

I pity anyone who doesn't have gatherers leveled for the sweet, sweet money making that's about to take place from Diadem.

Where is the Minfilia stuff? I want my outfitttt haha

Somehow I suspect this is going to pricey in the cash shop. I also hope we can dye it and that is consists of separates.

A Rep said somewhere that the gears won't be dyeable, but you can change the hair colour.

Is there any mention of a token system in place for the new EX? I really liked that for Bismark and Ravana, I do not really want to do this thing 30-40 times and still never see the weapon I want.

No mention of it. However I would not see why it would not be there given, as you mentioned, the other primals had it.

I believe I saw an item called Heaven's Shard or something like that, the Thordan weapons are called Heavens____ so thats gotta be the item.

I just want to know what the Gigas Axe will look like. D;
