There is nothing inherently "feminine" about skirts. This is a cultural thing and there are plenty of instances of men wearing skirt like garments throughout history and they werent considered womanly for doing so.
Again, I posted above that I didn't have problem with the dresses or skirts inside the game now.
Though I have a problem with guys wanting female stuff, it was worded wrong I seen it, I stopped posting after.
But you all just keep coming lol I am done posting in this thread now last post.
And I thank OP for correcting it.

I know my english its bad, don't bully me T_T.
LOL people will cyber whether or not they have on full overalls, pantsuits or bare and they do, all the time in all kinds of clothing. If you are the type to cyber its not because you suddenly get unisex armour that you decide to do this trust me, I know. :P
Using that as an argument for "no leggy skirts on men pls" is counterproductive and fact less.
I think more options for armour is always better no matter how much I may dislike seeing it on some other character, if I am not wearing it, that is what matters. Yea this is one subject that hits home with me....because I currently have just about every male skirt/kilt I can equip in the jobs I use and will get the ones for the jobs I don't use, so I can use em when I level those jobs!
As for what is under the skirt? I think its a matter of the devs finishing the garment texture in a complete or clean way.
Of the many skirts/kilts I have, some are finished with simply skin textured black legs [my char's skin is chalk white] and some have bare/Barbie looking flesh tones underneath where underwear/loincloth should be.
For example, Demon Skirt of Casting has basically nothing under it, not even undies just flesh colored Barbie.
The Hakama from the Caster Law gear has a loin cloth under it.
The kilts from Heavensward dungeons that I do have, one has undies another has the "black legs" I mentioned earlier.
Some have cloth textured legs beneath them as well. Some of these cloth textured legs are baggy with visible wrinkles like wearing sweat pants or gym pants underneath and some skin tight like tights or leggings.
One thing, I like to say "skirts" but to be honest, a long cloth around a man's waist is not uncommon clothing. I would love to see sarongs too!
Thanks se for the kilts! moar pls kthnx!

Hai! I'm Vahl, in ur mmorpgs, sort'n my inventory and putt'n 2 many H's in my name since FFXI..FFXIV Inventory Tetris Champ
Let people wear what they want. Odds are, if you're against that, you're probably wearing an eyesore I don't want to see either: I just don't whine about it.
I didn't skip the edit thing. But since no one has quoted the original post, this is what appears to have been edited in:
If there's a clear notice of editing like that, I usually don't assume that more has been edited. =)EDIT: I like skirts and want more but I don't like showing off my chicken legs. I only ask for options!
But... what they want doesn't exist ;_; Other than the "miniskirts" like Foestriker's and Infantry, there are no skirts with leggings/tights/trousers underneath. Which is what they want.
I will dress my male character however I want, thanks. I couldn't possibly muster enough f's to give about how you think male characters should dress.
No one cares if your fragile masculinity is challenged by a video game dude in a dress - that sounds like a personal problem you need to sort out.
