Its hard to find good players because this is not strictly a hardcore game. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is not dark souls online; more people are focused on obtaining pretty glamour then beating content.

People make decisions on the margins. Put a carrot out there and you'll get more people trying.
That will work about as well as getting you to do low level Roulette by offering tomestones. Alexander Savage has all of two things I want... but, like hell I'm going to put up with people like you to get them. As such, I haven't even unlocked Alexander Savage. I have no desire to make a chore out of a game.

lol you're talking to someone who claimed to love challenging content but has never cleared any coil fights beyond t4, cleared most ex primals only 1 month before expansion launch and even then hasn't cleared some of them too. I was looking for someone's post where he was admitting to being a terrible bard (it was hers) and I even found her chastising someone for not going for bis pieces when that someone mentioned he is in full tome gear. Which is hilarious when you consider when this person dodged coil hard for most of her xiv life.
Even if you somehow managed to entice someone like this with items that she wants, she would most likely find some other excuse to dodge doing the content regardless of who she parties with and you probably wouldn't want to do it with her anyway, since she's most likely ill prepared.

I will freely admit to my sloth, but sloth is not an indication of lack of desire. I'm just not obsessed enough in the game to play it for hours on end burning myself out. I could also care less about how others feel about my play style and so long as things get done and it was fun it's fine by me. Call it apathy or indifference, but that's how I am. My only pet peeve in this game are people who quit without trying again. Sometimes you just need a bit of a do over to get past a particularly tough fight. If people had played such games as XI or any of the older Korean MMOs I feel there'd be more patience in the community.
So, then you at least care enough =pI will freely admit to my sloth, but sloth is not an indication of lack of desire. I played ff11 for years and that game is a sorry comparison if you are talking about patience. People were just as ruthless and demanding in that game's endgame as any other MMO.
Clearly people that like cheese danishes trigger some sort of odd overreaction from her.
Or perhaps it's people that don't like cheese danishes.
Players don't make content useless. Vertical progression does.
No point in doing hard content when gear on it will be replaced every 3-4 months and the "glamour" gear will be made easier to get.
