Ravana/Bismarck in DF Fear

(I apologize if this has already been started, I searched but did not find anything)
I have been waiting months for Ravana to be put into DF so I can farm like I did Shiva.
I've joined a couple of PF farm parties, but there are very few on my server and they don't last long. I don't even know why my last one ended, someone all of a sudden got angry and left, even though we one shot the first go.

So when I read that Ravana was finally being added, I was horrified to see that they were also removing the Bismarck requirement. Why on earth did they do this?? Bismarck was a great gate for Ravana: DPS Checks, environment integrity, timing for actions, and tank coordination. If you don't have high enough DPS for Bismarck, why would you have enough for Ravana? Am I missing a key element to their reasoning?

If this is their way of bringing harder content to "casuals," it's ridiculous. DF is going to be horrendous.

TL DR I'm fine with both being in DF, I just want the Bismarck gate to stay in place.

They should have made both bismarck and Ravana drop same Ilvl equips, rather than one being stronger than the other. Bismarck has absolutely no purpose other than achievement as it stands now, and I doubt anyone is going to do it for shiggles if it's not going to drop a mount or otherwise anything worthwhile.
