Go through each step and make sure you select Livechat. I don't know why it's currently unavailable, but it's most likely cause it's sunday in GMT.

When you get your support ticket and assigned personnel, I suggest taking screens of your mogstation and sending it to them to prove. Because for some reason everyone in SE thinks we're making this up, and trying to scam free codes off from them. So take a photo of your steam library to show them that you don't have the steam version as well.

Thats the best advice I can give you, hopefully things work out mate. I miss the days where you just check what region, buy it and after registration everything works. Which I'm sure is true for most people. But I guess we're unlucky.
