New Miner/Botanist Ventures

From the preliminary notes:

New retainer exploration venture levels have been added:
Field Exploration XIX / Highland Exploration XIX / Woodland Exploration XIX / Waterside Exploration XIX

New items have been added to Mining and Botany ventures.
New items have been added to quick exploration ventures.

I haven't seen any speculation on this, anyone else thinking this could mean unspoiled 50 items? It would be a huge boost to gardening if that were the case, being able to get grade 3 soils, and also a huge boost to get that old hard to get crap from ventures.

My gut tells me there will not be any new targeted rewards, that all the stuff will be from the Quick Ventures and the Exploration Ventures.

And I noticed today my gut was wrong.

Level 50 starried items from mining and botany nodes are on retainer targeted ventures, as are the HW "Hidden" items, such as Titanium Ore and Birch Logs.

Sometimes, its nice being wrong hehe.

Why, when I send my miner and botanist retainers on the new XIX ventures, are they bringing me manufactured items?

I have gotten nuggets and dissolvents of various types.

Did somebody received anything usefull/rare via this? My retainers (bot, fish, min) have over 730gat and 700 perception but only gives me thing like cloud bananas, mistletoe and other "basic" things which are easily gatherable. So its seems like waste of time and ventures. Any theorycrafting, statistics on this?

I've done several 18 hour XIX ventures; well over a hundred between 12 retainers. The only item of worth that any has brought back was a Tiny Tapir yesterday by my one battle class retainer.

The unspoiled items are very nice though, my miners can easily keep me stocked up on soil for gardening.

My fishing retainers have been going non-stop on these ventures since release and have been bringing me back Pipira Pira x1-3, Coerthan Crabs x1-3, Lake Urchins x1-3, and....Fangshell Clams x1-3. They also bring back random Grade 1 Dissolvents. Always NQ, haven't seen any HQ returns. Really pointless, especially the Fangshell Clams which I can just send them out manually for in 40 minutes, triple the return, and half the venture cost..and possible HQ's. I have gotten a single Fat Cat as well, and I assume Gestahl can come from these, but so far the drop rates don't seem much better than the previous rank.
