Atm? Hunts are pretty dead til Tuesday. Umm, Alex Normal could get you at least 2 pieces. There is Expert Roulette Spam for tomes to buy the upgrades items for Law gear.

When getting to Lv.60, run Neverreap and Fractal Dungeons (160 Gear / Law Tomes / Esotoric Tomes)

Buy iLvl 170 Gear from the Tomestone Vendor in Idyllshire. When you have every Piece of Law Gear, buy Upgrade Items from the same Vendor and upgrade the entire Gear to 180 (Except one Ring...)

When you're iLvl 170 inbetween these Options, obtain iLvl 190 Gear from Alexander, you might wanna replace the iLvl 170 Ring as fast as you can.

Yeah but we're getting two new dungeons and the current 60 dungeons are being put into a different roulette which means we'll have two daily roulettes that are going to give eso.

In reality we'll be able to get eso quicker even though they are decreasing the current dungeons from 40 to 30.

They won't do that til we have a new tome set which will most likely be in 3.2

Ya wouldn't be surprised if one could cap eso in 3 days just doing the 2 roulettes.

Efficient as in "time" or efficient as in "best stats"?

You can get it relatively effortlessly by doing your daily expert roulette until tome capped for the week and doing a few extras for law stones at the side until you get iLvL 170, at which point you want to farm your weekly Alexander drops. Bolts and chain give a quick iLvL boost because you can exchange them for an accessory directly, the other items require two or more before you get your upgrade.

If it's just the iLvL, you can get a 200 ring from esos, a 190 ring, bracelet and collar from Alexander, 190 gloves and full 170 rest in one week. That would put you at pretty exactly 180 unless I miscalculated.

Generally, people will advise you to upgrade your weapon to Eso first, not the ring, though.
