You can get it relatively effortlessly by doing your daily expert roulette until tome capped for the week and doing a few extras for law stones at the side until you get iLvL 170, at which point you want to farm your weekly Alexander drops. Bolts and chain give a quick iLvL boost because you can exchange them for an accessory directly, the other items require two or more before you get your upgrade.

If it's just the iLvL, you can get a 200 ring from esos, a 190 ring, bracelet and collar from Alexander, 190 gloves and full 170 rest in one week. That would put you at pretty exactly 180 unless I miscalculated.

Generally, people will advise you to upgrade your weapon to Eso first, not the ring, though.
I should of been clearer I meant as you said time wise, not necessarily best stats.

Unlock expert roulette if you haven't already. Research facility is usually good for a law bonus once you've run your roulette for the day. Use those to get 170 gear and a piece of 200 gear.

Hunts are dead ATM, but you can do your daily/weekly hunts to purchase upgrade materials for law gear.

Once you hit 170 you can run Alex normal for 190 gear. I'd reccomend getting belt->accessory->glove->glove if your focus is just ilvl. You'll get a free accessory once you clear a4.

Once you get bored of the dungeon grind for ESO, which will happen, you can play seal rock for a quick 20 ESO apiece.

    Hope that helps.

    .
Depending on the job and what I level its at. You can solo some Rank A hunts with your companion in the original areas at lv 60, but then again my warrior is ~198 so I'm not sure on a min ilevel.. It may take a while but you'll get hunt currencies.

Wait till tuesday, farm void ark plus alexander normal (1 piece from void ark, the others from alexander)

That should get you to about ilvl 190.... in..... about 10 hours, on tuesday, more or less. (If you already have a ilvl 180 weapon, if not..... go and kill Bismark and Ravanna xD)

Till them just make sure to cap esoterics. Even getting laws to get ilvl 170 shoudn't be necesary now, as new dungeons will probably drop ilvl 170 or 180 and you'll have to run them next weck.
