    To start, they could implement the actual concept of using attachments to MCH, or at the very least, not give them both WM/GB (both functionally the same abilties, and GB loses the "attachment" novelty when you're just gonna give to to BRD). They're different jobs so they should feel different in both gameplay and dynamics, like you would see between the three melees or the casters. It's also kind of silly that you don't have any ranged dps that is "physical" in the standard mmo sense (having auto attacks and not being subjected to the exact same mechanical limitations as a spell caster)

    The regen is fine. They can homogenize their role, utility and performance considering they are competing for the same party composition slot, but they should not be homogenize their gameplay. There's very little turret interaction that it almost becomes a posion/FoF applicaiton that you need to refresh occasionally.

    I honestly wish for a job that branches from archer that's not a support and purely focusing on damage. Hunter/Sniper/Ranger or something like that.
    If it does happen, I don't think people would be playing Bard anymore, lol.

    Bard already does that. Unless you think that a ballad once or twice a fight (and only in the hardest raids, even) counts as "focusing on support".

    People just hate the fact that it has 2 songs reducing their damage. And that it's named bard (for some because it shouldn't focus on dps as it's a bard, for the others because they'd prefer it named ranger. Bah)

    Nontheless, It's obviously a support Job, with their job abilities, and does pretty low compared to the other DPS classes but I might be biased on that. I'd like to see a pure damage-dealing focused archer job.
    Not that I don't like Bard, though. Bard is pretty nice (well, except for some abilities it had in 3.0). I like how Bard is an archer, too. I think it's pretty cute.

    Still waiting for dancer and beastmaster. I'd like to hope for the fun classes. Also I'd like to go to a 10th dimension version of Eorzea with everything evil. Lame idea but something of that nature.
