    mail gone missing

    I attempted to mail 99 and 1 rosewood lumber to my husband's character and it never arrived.

    Have your husband check is inbox. Mail isn't deleted automatically once read. It just sits in storage and eventually maxes out space. Future messages sit in limbo or are returned to you until space is freed for them.

    You should include the follow items:

    - Screenshot of your "Sent Letter History" proving you sent the mail



    - Screenshot of your husband's Unopened and Opened tabs in his mail showing he does not have the mail
