I'm probably in the minority, who hates mega detailed character creations. It's so hard to make good looking characters with options for everything, yet so easy to make ugly/unnatural looking characters. I like our current character creator, obviously a few new face options and such would be nice, but I don't agree with stuff like body shape and what not, seeing as that's one of the things currently used to separate the races...

Plus I'd spend hours and hours in a more detailed creator and not be able to settle on anything..

From what I understood SE has some limited and tight budget for FFXIV both in money and human power. They made a "poor" character customization system in order to spend their resources into making frequent patches and other content. I still do not like how limited it is. 4 faces 3-4 eyes and etc are certainly not enough for such a beautiful and large game. They started adding more and more hairstyles which is great but it will be even better when they start adding faces, body options etc. You know some real customization options. I do hope the devs will reconsider this. A patch that will focus a part of it on character customization will be great.

I'm a raider... But... If they'd make it so 3.2 would ONLY give us a supreme character creation I would not even need new raid, damn....

According to that reddit post, 3.2 is suppose to focus on updating post release content. >.> I would also take a remake of the Character Creation over anything new added.

Character creation for this game is awfull let alone that fact that each race has maybe 1 or two good looking faces, its very limited. Au Ra horns should be able to fit each faces, same for beards, tattoo etc. No matter what we write, we will always get the SERVER MEMORY BLABLABLA issue as response. Unless they increase or fix this issue, expect nothing.

SE should fix the miqo'te face number 4(i guess) the one with the forehead disorder. fix that please.
