    It's all a botted 24hr process anyway, so these sorts of things don't do a lot. To stop automated actions, you need to actually take measures to prevent the act entirely (such as the always-asked-for filtering options). Implementing stuff like limiting friend request totals does next to nothing, since that's an inconvenience action... bots can't feel inconvenienced. It'll stay the tide slightly, but FR's have always been the less frequent action than /tell, even before the free account FR change.
