Behemoth Fate glitch?

Can Behemoth cleanse himself? I'm a NIN and my Mutilate would NOT proc, even when it clearly indicated it did. My Shadow Fang would proc and my Dancing Edge would too but disappear after a few seconds. Am I missing something?

While I can't say for the procs for Shadow Fang and Dancing Edge since I don't have Ninja leveled that far, I can say that your mutilate most likely landed. The Dev. Team has placed a cap on the number of debuffs that can appear on any one monster in game(I think it is around 24.) However, other debuffs/dots that are placed on the enemy after the cap of 24 is reached still apply(there is an actual cap on how many debuffs they have total, but I dont' recall the number.) So while you can't see it, you were still doing damage on Behemoth. This is really common with the big fates like Odin and Behemoth where lots of people zerg the fate. Hope this helped :3

Well, I do have it set to omit any debuffs applied by anyone other than me. But if that is the case, that makes sense. Thanks!
