Story mode for wed characters?

I would guess that for each person you are the Main character that talks. Like how the cutscenes at the end of a Dungeon works, you are always the one in the centre and gets the closeup.

I was just thinking, you know how certain quests ask you to say something in say? Maybe they could play off the spouse character like that. Where you supply the line while playing along with your spouse.

Wait, my character TALKS? I thought she just made cute squeaking noises when she cheered.

Well, having the chance for lines in a cutscene might be just the thing to get the whole "playing together" part right, and not just have it be a solo adventure.

Honestly, SWTOR has a great system that needs to be implemented in future patches and maybe old content. Idk why FFXIV doesn't do this.

The NPCs in MSQ barely notice you being male/female/poteto/horned giant.. I would love it but I think they're not going to even make MSQ NPCs acknowledge that you are in party with your parser
