Since I don't do Alex-Savage (or coil/EX Primals when their relevent) I can't say anything on that end for "problems" & will leave that to ppl with more "EXP" in that regard but I do find Arrgo problems being a thing when teamed with over-geared or equalled geared DPS that go "balls to the Walls all out" rip arrgo & blam the Tank... I mean the damn arrgo bars there for everyone to see so just do what I or a "smarter" DD/DPS should do (matter of opinion here, do not take literally) & just manage u'r own arrgo till u know the tanks in a safe-arrgo place

In regaeds to an opinion about the changes: sounds good even if u still need a block to do a "swipe" just gave me more DMG for a skill I some times disliked using do to the DMG loss (cause at moment DMG is all that matters for Arrgo control... aside from a more "Understanding" team) now just give us higher Arrgo multiplyer when Shield Oath is up... even if that means droping the DMG reduction to 15% instead of 20%
