    What's the problem people have with an optional gear source being added? There isn't even the excuse of "I have to get geared for savage" now like there was in 3.0, so just don't do hunts if you don't like them. You can get 210 tokens from savage and 210 gear from airship exploration, so anyone who doesn't like networking within their server and the spontaneous nature of the hunt has zero reason to torture themselves. I for one am happy there will be a reason to hunt other than achievements.

    It might even help with server congestion errors during patch release as people will be spread on different areas instead of all grinding away in the Diadem.
