    My guess is they are trying to revitalise interest in hunts. People do them a lot less now and I've seen A class hunts up for hours in HW zones. The issue is that apart from the upgrade stuff for out of use Law gear, the seals don't buy much.

    I knew this was going to happen. Glad I capped out on seals prior to 3.1.
