Skull eyepatch How do i get the one with evasion on it? Does it still drop?

I see skull eyepatchs with 17-20 evasion depending on level, its not the (black) version. Where do i get it? off skeletons ? i just got a (black version) off them. No i am wondering if they drop the (no color version) with evasion on it.

That 17-20 evasion was one of the base stats it had before 1.19, now most armor type items only have armor as a base stat and sometimes bonus stats.

So it was nerfed? because its two different items, one with evasion has no color, and the black one has no evasion. I'm confused.

They rebalanced the stats, and evasion is a bonus stat now. That, and you don't start seeing high amounts, like 10+ until 50ish gear. There are only two Eyepatches in the game, the Skull one and the standard Leather one.

There is also one that drops in the new rank 15 dungeon, it looks like the eye patch on the buccaneers tricorn (Brown with silver trim), gives me like 10 Paralyze resist, not sure if the stat is random though. It is Unique/untradeable.

He was most likely referring to the Skull Eyepatch as it was before 1.19, when it had 17 base Evasion on the NQ version. Armor now doesn't have base Evasion, that item included.
