Edit: Nvm. I misread and thought bismarck was requiring i175 xD not Ravana. That makes more sense then, even if Bismarck is still only 10 ilvls below the drop ^^;

Yes, Bismarck is one of the few outliers, but the DPS requirements in Bismarck are fairly stringent (more so than Ravana's, in my experience), so I'm not surprised it has a relatively high requirement.
