Shield Swipe Is now an ability and does not trigger global cooldown.
Recast time has been adjusted to 15 seconds.
Potency has been reduced from 210 to 150.


This is a buff or a nerf?

I am on the fence, to me it's neither a buff or a nerf. I used it as a way to get more tp, but rarely had any actual utility, and it was normally gone before I had time to finish my rotation.

On another note, still being stiffed on dps....
