Preliminary patch notes are up

* The new, tradable version will have a different name.

Rare dyes that were obtained from quick exploration have been made tradable.
* Dyes obtained prior to Patch 3.1 will remain untradable.

Um... you know what this means, right? As seen in the picture too - you have the bunch of rare dyes you've been saving up, they're gonna remain there to clutter your inventory. And in case you save the new ones as well - double the amount of clutter!
Seriously though... instead of at least trying to ease up on the junk, they add more. "New" dyes, another new hunt token - just two I remember. /smh

I think my eyes are broken, is there Spanish in the patch notes?

And no, that's French. At least what I see on the EU site anyway.

Last we heard of that was a few live letters ago (just after HW release I think?), and it was that they hadn't even started any work on it at all.
