Not the problem I'm having...
I like killing the A and S Ranks, like I said I find that enjoyable when the entire server isn't jumping on them... That is effectively going to be impossible post-3.1 though, because the demand this will create will have everyone back calling in the orbital strike on every Hunt possible...
The obviously solution is to just make Hunts force popped. Then people can effectively face them how they'd like, rather than being forced to play on the same level as the entire server. I will not be able to low-man A Ranks come 3.1, this adjustment has effectively killed Hunts for me as such. Make them force popped? Problem solved. I can low-man them, the rest of the server can form an alliance and melt them in seconds. We can both play however we want to, rather than either me just losing out on Hunts completely, or becoming a pariah because I dared to pull before every single person on the server was ready...
Hunts could be a fun little open world event, similar to how Treasure Maps were for a while after 2.1 (where there were basically always Party Finder groups for them), but SE instead chooses the laziest route, and the majority of players are fine with that, because they can just follow the crowd and spam Medica II and get full credit... Hunts are f*cking absurd, like I said, I'm sick this...
