uhm i'm kinda curious about this

[3.0] To accommodate differences in player gear and overall dungeon difficulty, item level sync has been added to the following duties:

The Great Gubal Library Item level 150

the gear that drops in there isnt even 150, its 148

You're right, they are in the Trial Roulette. Unless they come up with a Raid Roulette or something because Twelve knows they can't just stick that in a lvl 60 roulette with other lvl 60 dungeons, because you know. 4man vs 8man.

yes, they can. there's are 8 man and 4 man guildhests that you can get with Guildhest roulette. that's not a limitation in the game.

the gear that drops in there isnt even 150, its 148

it's to sync down i200+ players. because Library is Lv 59-60, you can have a DPS with i210 Alex Savage weapon paired up with a Lv 59 tank, which makes the tank's life hell or the DPS just ends up tanking. so Lv 60 players will have their iLv sync'd down to i150 max.

the same type of thing happens to the Lv 50 dungeons. it's not related to the entry requirement and not related to the loot drops.
