Great for Shield Oath, bleh for Sword Oath which is more important to be in AMAP IMO
In fact, it's the exact opposite that will happen. It's now off the global cooldown, so you'll be able to weave it in between your combos without delaying them, it's a flat out DPS and threat increase.
