i run only daily expert and trail, it take me 5 days to reach the weekly cap
and it takes about a week, sometime two weeks to get a piece of eso gear
even it is uncap, i dont feel like running the 2 expert more than the daily roulette

Yes, Yes it is. It will feature to a weekly lockout for gear. As for the mats and stuff, I forget if it also has the weekly lockout but I'm 99% positive that it does as well. So you'll lot for one piece of gear and one mat every week.

I haven't capped since September... Caps should only really matter for the patch they are added in, after that the raiders have got their tome gear and have finished or are finishing the current raid.

But we know SE wont change it until 3.2

We're going to have i190 uncap. 200 and 210 still on weekly restrictions. But then the wildcard, exploratory missions we're told can reward gear up to 210. Does that have restrictions?

i210 gear can be obtained in Easy if you want to, but the higher the difficulty the higher the drop rate. The problem lies in greed rolls only with randoms, which is why I'll never step into that without a premade party. i210 piece dropped that's an upgrade with a really low drop rate? Watch someone win the roll and turn it in for the currency.
