More ranks in GC?

So I am not 100% sure where to put this but do we have any idea of when the next ranks to the GC are going to be added? Right now it seems like there no talk of them yet we still can view and see the ranks as well there are more items, gear and special mats and such behind those ranks but have they ever given a time when or if they will release new ranks?

They responded on this but gave no time frame. The answer is rank cap will be raised when new GC content (quests?) are released, but no idea when this might happen. Yes it's weird that it's been capped on 2nd lieutenant rank for years.
