Simple her real name is Kururu Kuru but she has Krile as a nickname. the "Baldesion" part may or may not be a title, or she may be the child of a Lalafell and Hyur (like Hilda is born of Hyur and Elezen)I don't think she will die. It's becoming such a trend for people to assume that main characters will die, ever since of what happened recently in the MSQ.
What's weird about Krile is her name. It's not a name fitting for a Lalafell at all.
Although, Krile's japanese name in (FF V) is Kururu. I wonder how the localization team will handle that.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
I loved that this part is included in the list.
I once had a discussion with an FC mate of mine back before expansion where I said that SE seems to go out of their way to make Lalafels seem evil whenever possible, and that they're a terrible race. He defended them and said I was crazy, to which I responded with a list of Lalafels whom are evil, turned evil, outright betrayed us, are overall jerks, or are nice people... but otherwise totally useless and cause more problems than they fix (Tataru, I'm looking at you. Pre 3.0, obviously). I genuinely surprised myself at how long the list actually got, even without the nameless lala npc's that show up in to screw us over in cutscenes from time to time (ie: the leader of the group that betray's Alphinaud at the end of ARR is a lalafel).
It's kind of a strange trend, but it makes me giggle a little. I often wonder if SE realizes how much distrust they've created in the lalafel race because of all of the bad apples we've seen (especially in Ul'dah). New lalafels show up, and everyone's like "alright... so when's this one gonna turn evil?" lol
How many evil lalafels do we have Februs? Could you write the list? So far I know just 3
I feel like the timing between Krile being in a coma and then being on a different continent no where near a major port is a bit (pardon the pun) short, I would be surprised if this is an imposter/doppleganger and the actual Krile is still snoozing in Sharlayan.
There is still the title aspect though, and that is assuming that SE would intend "Baldesion" to be part of the title.
Eh, its been a lot longer than it seems since then. There's a few points in the MSQ where NPCs state X amount of time has passed, and some of those "jumps" are quite long (I can think of the few days you spend at Camp Cloudtop early on, and there's I believe a fortnight waiting for the Manacutters to be built, as well as some time spent with the Vanu Vanu around 57. Not to mention the week or so you spend in Dragonhead after you take asylum there...)
I think someone had put together the amount of time that the game says has passed since we entered Ishgard, but I cant remember where that is. At least a month seems likely.
so long as we check her for splinters we should be fine![]()
Okay then. that's what I'll do. I'll tell you a story. Can you hear them? All these people who lived in terror of you and your judgement. All these people who's ancestors devoted themselves to you, sacrificed themselves to you. Can you hear them singing?
Slycer on the bluegartr forums posted a translation of a Famitsu interview.
So I think we can almost 100% rule out the Moenbryda route.Krile will play an active role in one of the storylines.
What will become of the new character Krile who just recently appeared?
Yoshida: Of course, they will be an important character in the story. Looking back on the 2.X series, we believe that there was too much focus on the main characters, so based on that, we've divided the story of the 3.X series into several storylines and the content and main story will develop in parallel paths. Krile is a key player in one of the storylines and will play an important role.
So you've learned from past mistakes.
Yoshida: In the 2.X series, there were the problems with the three nations, the primals, and the Crystal Braves which were all incorporated into the main storyline. As a result, while players did look forward to the storyline content, if they wanted to unlock the playable content quickly, they would skip through the scenario to unlock the content. In the 3.X series, rather than having a single main storyline which also unlocks the content, we've decided to have multiple parallel paths so that players can start wherever they like. For example, you start the primal quest and unlock it right away without being forced to skip through the main scenario.
If that storyline is split, are you saying that Krile won't be part of the main scenario?
Yoshida: Since it will be their first appearance, they will be introduced in the main scenario of patch 3.1. The role of Krile will become more clear starting from patch 3.2.
Will any news about other members of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn besides Y'shtola become clear in the main scenario?
Yoshida: Whether they'll come back or not... you might have heard someone's voice in the trailer video (laughs).
I was expecting them to return one by one in each patch throughout this expansion.
Yoshida: I can see why you would think that, and that may be what happens (laughs). Please play through it to actually confirm, but we've already decided all of their fates.
