1. No steps. Achievement reward items from earned achievements (The Mahogany Leaf, The Sycamore Leaf, The Willow Leaf, etc.) do not appear in any tab of Calamity Salvager inventory at any time. The only achievement reward I have ever been able to see on the vendor is the Master Archer's Ring from the ARC hunt log achievement.
