New Players: 1.19a releases today and includes major price cuts on gear from NPCs

I'm not sure how many new players read all patch notes as eagerly as I do, so I thought I'd bring these fixes directed at low-level play to everyone's attention.

• Damage Reduced for Enemies Levels 1-15 (search 'dev1197')
• Price Reduction on Gear from NPCs (search 'dev1200')
• Abilities now save for each class, but your current abilities are cleared. (search 'dev1203')

I'm sorry if I missed any changes that should specifically impact new players, and I hope you find this post useful.

EDIT: I know the last one isn't specifically for new players, but it's such a big deal to many that it's worth pointing out, and the change may be surprising to players who are just starting.

This is great. So glad that they've lowered these prices! New players should really have an easier time getting stuff down now.

Really good idea, Robert. I had the same thought, that this is great for new players. Really smart of you to point it out here, where hopefully some folks who can use it will see it.
