Time Mage could happen, there are plenty of spells not present in FFXIV that could be for Time Mages, though I would rather them be a caster DPS than a healer.

-Old
Virus-like ability

-Haste
Quickens spell speed

-Double
Next Demi or Quake hits twice.

Stuns

-Slow
Slows target's auto attacks/increases their charge time slightly for abilities

-Bind
Self explanatory

-Comet
Would be their 'Flare/Holy' ability (should be Meteor as that was Time Mage's ultimate skill in FF5/FFT, but that's now BLM's LB3)

LB3= Time Compression

-Refresh
MP regen oGCD

-Quick
AoE party movement speed, like Swiftsong.
