The potency are higher for a simple reason:

Maim and Mend I
Increases base action damage and HP restoration by 10%.

Maim and Mend II
Increases base action damage and HP restoration by 30%.

These are basic traits of Arcanist and Conjurer, a 40% free healing potency. My TM idea don't have this traits, but have 40% cast reduction and 25% mana reduction, and even with higher potency, has less healing power than the other jobs. I even changed the "Enhanced Mind" of WM for "Enchanced Piety" to decrease more the healing power.

The values of all can be changed, they are just to represent the job, of course it needs balanced, a lot of it XD
