[Balmung][LFG][MC/HC] WHM seeking a new static!

Hellllooo Everyone!

I'm scouting around for a new raid group that I can possibly join. I previously raided as DRK/PLD until about a month ago. I've been up to tower adds in A3S as tank and ultimately left priordue to a change in my work schedule. While I haven't done Savage as WHM yet, I have confidence in my ability to do well and look forward to the opportunity to succeed in the me role! I'm a little behind the ilvl curve at i192, but know that will improve over time.

Sought after group features:

• Progressive Mindset: I'm not after server first or anything, but people should be ready and focused during raid time.
• Good Personality: No drama, please. Hoping for a group that is effective but also fun!
• Constructive Feedback: Willing to give and able to take it! Nobody improves by being alone.
• Positive Environment: Conversation and joking around is welcome! Morale can play a big part in group dynamics!
• Mature Individuals: Hoping for people willing to remember that while it is a game, other people are involved. Being in a raid group means committing towards a groups collective goals! It's awesome! But it's also something to strive to improve with; both for yourself and for your friends in the group.
• Preparation is Key!: Hoping for people that are prepared with raid quality food and pots as well as completes their homework beforehand.
• Open Strategy: Hope for a team that encourages strategic input from everyone. One way may not be the best or only way, so lets find the one best for us!

Server Transfer: I'm not completely closed to it, but I'm not really seeking it out either. High preference to not have to jump servers.

Hey, So I have an interesting situation... My current static is falling apart due to certain members being less than reliable... There's talk between 3 of us about reforming into a new static. So with enough interest I'm looking to take on the responsibility myself. My plans are to make a weekend group running at a time that is respectable for both EU and NA players.

Currently we need tanks or DPS but our Astro could possibly be convinced to run Blackmage with a bit of prior discussion. It's currently a situation of getting the faces then working out the plans.
