Grand Company Levequest for Relic

I am currently on my Gae Bolg Atma and was wondering if someone could tell me what rank I should raise my three Grand Companies to before I will be able to complete the Leve part of the relic quests. I am aware that a new relic will be coming out soon, so mostly I am just trying to finish the relic for the fun of it.

I do have a ton of things to do right now though, so I am just wondering what is the minimum rank I would need to raise my three Grand Companies to in order to complete the book part of the relic quest. I know I will probably need to max out my Grand Companies at some point or another, but I am hoping that is something I can put off until later.

You don't have to be a specific rank.

You also don't need to be a part of a specific GC. You can do any GC leves regardless of what GC you belong to

Really? I'm on Book of Skyfire I at the moment. For "An Imp Mobile" I went to Lodille in Coerthas Central Highlands - Whitebrim Front and he didn't have any Leve for me. To even talk to him at all he mentioned something about getting a higher rank in the Maelstrom Grand Company. Is there some other requirement then in order to unlock the GC Leve?

EDit: Lodille refuses to talk to me until I earn the rank Sergeant Third Class.

The game only present you 2 leves at a time. Each Levemate has about 4 or 5 leves to issue. You are not seeing it because it was one of the two selected. You must complete those others for the Levemate to reset which leves are offered.

You will need to rank up your GC to either Sergeant First Class or Chief Sergant (can't remember exactly) for Zodiac stage.
You need to purchase Bombard Cores from the 3rd tier items page; the GC rank unlocks the items page.
FYI, each Bombard Core is 20,000 GC seals. So, you also need to rank up, just be able to hold enough seals anyways.

Best advice, just rank up to Second Lieutenant for maximum GC cap.
