Detailing understanding of bans & protocol

I'm not new to the forums or XIV. I've run an FC of over 2,000+ unique accounts, created videos for community contests, participated in every Live Letter and Duty Commenced, heck the rainbow parade I organized/recorded in all the gaming publications was even known by Yoshi P himself when I met him. I'm not trying to make myself look big, I'm really nobody, but I've been extremely respectful and love this community.

I came on before the Live Letter to see a 2-week ban. "You have been banned for the following reason: Your account was suspended by a Moderator due to a violation of the Forum Guidelines"

Trust me, I understand and respect regulation. My community is built on diversity and sometimes people say things that get out of hand and I've had to act. My concern is that I don't have the slightest idea what that ban reason was. The ban prevents any contact with a mod. I don't want a public fiasco & I'd be happy with a private message just to understand or know how/where to ask.

They usually send an e-mail to the account linked to your game that includes an example of the violations and the exact things that you said that they took action on. Did you receive that e-mail?
