Pre-order items are not delivered

I have had Heavensward pre purchased, and when I logged in after the release, I noticed that I did not receive my items, but thought that it was because I haven't progressed further in the game. Never have I been so wrong. And now that I have progressed in the story, and not having received the items, I started to question. I have contacted Support service from mog station, they told me to contact the GM, so I went logged in to contact GM, but before doing so I fallowed the steps described at in-game help. Still nothing. This time I contacted the GM, and I was told that some sort of bug was preventing me from receiving the items.

Long story short, I successfully redeemed the bonus code, but haven't received the items, and somewhat ended up here.

Is your mog mail full? You can only have 20 at a time.
Check the sencond tab (read items) and delete any unneeded messages. Then click the force delivery button at the top right. This should make the items deliver within 5 minutes if it was the issue.

There were two codes that came with the preorder of Heavensward. Did you redeem both of them? Or just the one that came with Heavensward itself?

Both of them, in steam it say right there, "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward - Pre-purchase Bonus Content", and I have redeemed it, and checked it, talked with SE support, they said that it was redeemed and the items should have been sent, then they told me to contact in game support, I did, and they told me that I should post bug report.

Your mailbox can only hold up to 20 system mails at a time. It might help to delete any previous promotional/veteran reward mails you have.

Maybe I remember it wrong, didn't the preorder code have an expiring period? When did you put the code?

Edit: nevermind, I think I confused it with the early access.

I redeemed the code not too long after release. So there should not be a problem with that.
