Suggestion, plot swapping.

To flesh out the title. Would it be possible to get a mechanic that allows two plots on identical slots, that is, either between different wards, or different subdivisons (or both) to be swapped on the housing server, thus retaining any modifications, even the unmovable ones, as they are. Reason for this, for example, player has private house in different ward than fc house. He could suggest on the house owner on the fc ward for them to swap and if both agree, they can get it through. Obviously the other party might not agree if they have reason to be on that particular ward themselves but if it's all the same to them this would help bring friends together.

They've mentioned the ability to give away plot deeds to change ownership as well as a move function. Neither has been implemented yet, but the deed swap MAY cover that.
