    Like slappah said don't worry about stuff until level 60
    You have no accuracy requirement until 8man raid

    About the Blm stat... It's really hard because it's the DPS (with now the summoner) which need everything !
    So you can have a lot of ss, crit or deter everything will be good !

    And SS have not been nerf... Only boost

    I like a crit ss Blm personnaly (quick and can be deadly)
    Crit deter (slow but big number)
    Deter ss (quick and steady, no big number but more constant)

    Only depend of your play style

    It's leveling up that reduced the impact per point of Spell Speed (and other secondary stats as well), not a change to the stat itself. It's always been that way.
